By booking a tour, submitting an inquiry, or using our website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Tour Bookings & Reservations

​

  • All tours are subject to availability.

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment (or deposit) is received and acknowledged by Safi Seaside Tours.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for safety or legal reasons.

4. Pricing & Payments

​

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit card

    • E-transfer

    • Cash upon pickup

 

Important:
We do not store credit card information. All electronic payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

5. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

​

Standard Policy:

  • A 50% deposit may be required to confirm certain tours or private bookings.

  • Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

​

6. Tour Changes & Weather Conditions

​

  • Safi Seaside Tours reserves the right to modify routes, itineraries, or timing due to weather, safety, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Nova Scotia weather can change rapidly; tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

  • If a tour must be cancelled by us, customers will be offered a reschedule or a refund.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location

  • Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear

  • Following the guide instructions for safety

  • Treating the guide, vehicle, and other guests with respect

Safi Seaside Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

8. Health, Safety & Liability

​

  • Participation in tours is at your own risk.

  • Safi Seaside Tours is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Guests with medical conditions, mobility concerns, or special needs should inform us in advance.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and outdoor activities.

9. Accessibility & Special Requests

​

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility and special requests when notified in advance.
However, not all locations or vehicles may be fully accessible.
